TRB mentioned in its prospectus regarding call for certificate verification as follows:
Written examination Results: (i) The Roll-Number-wise Mark List of all candidates, and (ii) Roll numbers of candidates short-listed for Certificate Verification, based on written examination marks and the communal reservation, will be published in the Notice Board of TRB and in the website of TRB viz. http://www.trb.tn.nic.in. The publication of results will be announced through Press / Media.
Note: If more than one candidate secures the lowest or same cut- off mark for the particular communal turn, all such candidates will be called for CV.
But now after releasing CV LIST now TRB ANNOUNCED As follows:
Now Subjectwise lists of candidates short listed for Certificate Verification, based on the Written Examination marks and Communal Rotation in the ratio of 1:1 are also released. In the case of Candidates obtained equal marks in the last communal turn, the senior in date of birth alone is called for certificate verification.
Hence some aggravated candidates are preparing to file case against this.The high court Of madras is in poja holidays . The emergency case will be heard on 18 th october.Only on that day we know whether the cases filed against this issue
